(the “Developer”) and governs the data processing practices for the ‘Naru Maths’ application (the “App”). The Developer acts as the data controller responsible for the limited data processed via the App. We are committed to processing only the minimum necessary data required for App functionality.

2. Collection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

The Developer collects and processes the following limited PII for the explicit purposes stated below:

The App automatically collects data related to user interaction and performance, which is categorized as Non-Personal Usage Data:

• Performance Metrics: This includes scores, completion status, progress history, and timestamps for performance on specific subject areas or modules.
• Purpose: This data is essential for the core service of the App—tracking and displaying the individual user’s progress and enhancing the App’s educational content. This data is linked only to an internal User ID and is not used to identify the user outside of the App.

4. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

All collected data is stored using reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the confidentiality and integrity of information we process. Data will be retained only as long as your account remains active or as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

5. Disclosure of Information

The Developer does not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer your PII (Email Address) or Non-Personal Usage Data to any third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Data may only be disclosed in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Legal Obligation: To comply with legal process, such as a court order, subpoena, or government request.
• Protection of Rights: To enforce our Terms of Service or protect the rights, property, or safety of the Developer, our users, or the public.

The App is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly solicit or collect PII from children under 13 years of age. If we learn that PII has been collected from a user under the age of 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete such data from our records.
